# What You Need:

01 - 8 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

02 - 8 slices deli turkey
03 - 8 slices deli ham
04 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
05 - 8 slices cheddar cheese

→ Spreads

06 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Vegetables

09 - 30 grams baby spinach leaves
10 - 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced

→ Garnish (optional)

11 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# How to Make:

01 - Place bread slices on a flat surface and gently flatten them using a rolling pin.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flattened bread slice.
04 - Layer one slice each of turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese atop each bread slice.
05 - Place a few baby spinach leaves and strips of red bell pepper over the meat and cheese layers.
06 - From one edge, roll each bread slice tightly into a log shape.
07 - Trim the ends of each roll to create even edges, then slice each roll into three equal pieces.
08 - Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut each piece into a star shape.
09 - Arrange star-shaped roll-ups on a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
