08 - 3.5 ounces brie cheese, sliced

10 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
11 - 1 tablespoon edible gold leaf or gold dust (optional)
12 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
→ Sparkling Smoked Salmon Stars
13 - 3.5 ounces smoked salmon
14 - 3.5 ounces cream cheese, softened
15 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
16 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
17 - 1 teaspoon capers, chopped
18 - 12 mini blinis or cocktail pumpernickel rounds
19 - Edible silver stars or glitter (optional)
# How to Make:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out puff pastry and cut into star shapes using a cookie cutter. Arrange on prepared sheet and brush with beaten egg. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden, then cool slightly.
03 - Mix goat cheese, honey, and fresh thyme. Spoon mixture onto baked stars and top with chopped walnuts.
04 - Toast baguette slices until golden. Top each slice with brie cheese and fresh blueberries. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, then garnish with edible gold leaf if desired and fresh mint leaves.
05 - Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill, and capers. Spread mixture on blinis or pumpernickel rounds. Top with smoked salmon cut into small stars if preferred. Garnish with edible silver stars or glitter.
