Fun sandwich cutouts shaped like horse heads with cheese, turkey, olives, and carrot mane decoration.

# What You Need:

→ Sandwich Base

01 - 8 slices soft whole wheat or white sandwich bread

→ Filling

02 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
03 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices deli turkey or ham (optional), or cucumber slices for vegetarian option

→ Decoration

05 - 8 small black olives
06 - 1 small carrot, julienned
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or butter (optional)

# How to Make:

01 - Lay out bread slices and lightly spread mayonnaise or butter if desired.
02 - Use a horse head-shaped cookie cutter to cut 8 horse head shapes from the bread slices.
03 - Place one bread cutout, layer with a slice of cheddar cheese and deli turkey, ham, or cucumber; spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese on the inside of the top cutout.
04 - Place the top bread cutout over the filling to complete the sandwich.
05 - Affix small pieces of black olive to represent eyes and nostrils using cream cheese as adhesive if needed, then arrange julienned carrot strips along the neck or top for the mane.
06 - Carefully place assembled horse head sandwiches into lunchboxes to maintain shape.
